They really need some mentally tough players to join this team… even if they might not be the most skilled or athletic..
The lack of effort in this team when the chips are down is noticeable… in reality there are only a handful of players who have a dig and keep trying 100% when things start to go against them..
Change the culture by changing the type of player you are bringing into the club..
unfortunately it’s going to take years but you have got to start somewhere..
