way to ruin the ending for anyone who hasn't seen it lethal

silly lethal

fifth element. i like that movie. blade runner too. i like futuristic stuff

My favourite comedy cult comedy movies:

Flying High
This is Spinal Tap
Caddyshack

Also Police Squad, the TV series that the Naked Gun films is based on is hysterical.

For non-comedy films The Taking of Pelham 1-2-3… The original one with Robert Shaw not the TV movie or the remake with John Travolta.

I like the remake because it has one of my favorite actors in it - Denzel Washington. I seem to like most movies that have Denzel Washington in it. I think he is a very good actor. Deja Vu is another good movie which he is in. Fallen is a very good movie that Denzel is in but I don't think it's a very well known movie. I guess you could call it a cult following movie. Anyone who likes detective movies and supernatural movies would probably love it. John Candy was another of my favorite actors aswell. I wish he was still alive. Some of my favorite movies he is in: Cool Runnings, Uncle Buck, Delirious, Spaceballs, Planes Trains and Automobiles, National Lampoon's Vacation, Stripes, Little Shop of Horrors, The Great Outdoors, Speed Zone (Cannonball Run 3).

I would have, but I don't really see that as a cult movie, easily one of my favourites though, that and Pulp Fiction.

John Candy was also in another great cult film - Blues Brothers. Orange Whips for everyone!

Denzel Washington is good but that (Pelham) was a very disappointing film. I like Travolta as an actor but the plot just made no sense. Tony Soprano was the mayor but even that didn't help.

It's crass, but I guess that's why its funny.

You couldn't have found anyone better than Billy Bob Thornton for that role.

Fun fact: The role was written for Bill Murray, but had to turn it down due to a schedule conflict. Jack Nicholson was nearly in it, but was also commited to another film at the time.. he later said that it was the one film he wish he hadn't turned down.

Haha, really? That's an interesting bit of trivia. Still reckon Thornton did a cracking job.
