Tuiaki. I loved watching him rampage! Woods. He is obviously loving giving it to the opposition, smiling all the while. Farah. The guile and glue holding the Tigers together. Anasta. Gives the forum something to talk about.

I would give it to Pat Richards out of a very tough pick because his very presence seems to lift the overall quality of the team to another level. He is a proven champion of the game.
I was genuinely excited when they announced his signing last year because I knew he would bring self-belief and success to the Tigers.

Patty is a wierd case. Wherever he goes, the team seems to do well.

There is a certain winning culture with this team. Anasta, patty, Blair etc have been part of so many winning teams whereas the young guns have won almost everything possible from a young age.

Compare this to our team 2 years ago with farah, Benji, Gibbs, heigno etc who had only played with each other with a success rate of 50%. We seem to have found a very good balance tbh.

Really hope we can get an extra yr or 2 out of him once his contract expires.

He has exceeded my expectations too. So what are your thoughts once his contract expires - still playing or in some possible coaching capacity i.e kicking coach or something ?

I can't pick a favourite at the moment - I respect them all for putting in the way they have this season, even the ones who don't have as much talent (Lulia, Luani, Paterson), the ones whose talent has faded (Anasta, Galloway) and the ones whose talents are not yet being realised (Rowe, Austin, Akoula). Despite where they are in their careers, they are all trying their guts out for this team and for this club and that's enough for me.
