Fifita

Just wanted to say thought he had a great game, it was sad to hear the jibes and boos he and Gibbs were getting. At the end of the game before he went off Fifita saw young Leyton in the crowd, came over to the family to say hello. I don't care what people think of him that alone was a class act.

He did a similar thing to my son last year remembering him from an earlier fan day and saying hello.

He's a good bloke though probably not a player we needed on our payroll. Cronulla offered a fair bit of cash for him and considering he plays no more than 20-30 minutes a game, selling him was a smart choice.

Good luck to him at the Sharks.

He had a decent game yesterday, however yesterday confirmed that we probably made the right choice in keeping Woods and Groat over him.

Always has time for people though and I do wish him all the best

Didn't think he did much yesterday, once again made a lot of sideways metres.

He could be anything. If he applies himself he'll end up a top player. Never wished him anything but the best, good luck to him at the Sharks. We can't keep them all.

Ill eat some of that humble pie.

He didn't have to go over and say hello to Lleyton and speak to his family - probably still in his Sharks jersey right in front of a bunch of howling Tigers supporters. But he did, and i'm sure Lleyton and his family appreciate the gesture.

That's a class act right there.

I have nothing against the guy but thought he was pretty ineffective. He took a big sideways run that put the Sharkies under pressure and lead to a knock-on from Gallen.

I thought we contained him quite well for the most part. He was never given much chance to go on a rampage.

People are right about him seeing Lleyton before walking off, classy stuff.

He proved himself classy yesterday by taking the abuse, not hammering Teddy, saying hello to Lleyton and his family and mixing with his ex team mates.

If he improves during his current contract I wouldnt mind having him back in a few years. He certainly has the attributes to be a member of this club.

He should never have been sold in the first place.

A classic quote unfortunately you cannot keep them all and on Sundays performance the Tigers made the right call. In my opinion boths Woods and Groat made Fifita look ordinary. Sideway metres count for little from a forward. Maybe Bug we should have sold the water boy!

Lleyton Giles is a 5 year old kid who has been sick all his life, he has terminal liver disease. Our club has been involved for a while making him something of an honorary mascot/team representative.

Just on a side note, I am extremely proud everytime I hear or read about Benji and others doing great charity work. All teams do their part, but I really think we are one of the most active teams out there in that regard.
