Well we have survived thanks to other results and now get to play the Raiders who managed to beat the minor premiers. Looks like they have a couple of players in their squad with first grade experience and we will probably be without Lui. Really hope they can turn it around after such an awful performance.

So week 2 sees:

Broncos V Manly
Raiders V Tigers

Melbourne and St George get a week off

Souths and Warriors are out.

When we win this one, who do we draw in the GF qualifier Dragons or Storm?

Hopefully the Tigers can bounce back against the Raiders. They should have confidence after their come-from-behind win down in Canberra a few weeks back. It's going to be a very tough game though.

Dragons play winner of Raiders V Tigers
Melbourne play winner of Broncos V Manly

:frowning:

We beat Melbourne down there earlier in the year and beat the Raiders a few weeks later, both of whom were in/around the top 4 so we showed we could match it with the leaders. Plus we only lost to Manly by 4 or so points with some unlucky decisions going against us (like Nicholls being sin-binned with a few mins to go).

We should be able to get over the Raiders. Hopefully the loss to the Broncos and the travelling hasnt affected the team too much.
