First coach sacked this season

Carty, I just don't think the Titans have got a good enough side.

Smokey is Wayne Bennett, if he doesn't get along with Tinks.

Wayne Bennett is an interesting choice - i think he will see out his first year regardless of how the knights go but the 2nd year is a different proposition altogether - Tinkler has shown in the racing industry that he won't accept anything but the best and isn't afraid to sack high profile people - could be some interesting times ahead in the Hunter.

He sacked both Culina's from the Jets because Jason Culina had an injury he didn't tell them about during the negotiations. Culina was the marquee player and didn't play a game for the club. Branko Culina (his dad and coach) was sacked for not knowing about it when the deal was done, less than a week before the season started.

From all reports, Tinkler is not an easy person to get along with in a working environment, and Bennett won't stay at a club if he doesn't have the control he wants.

Any thoughts on the first coach that will be sacked or stood down this season
I think the 2 big contenders have to be Brian Smith or Steven Kearney
I will say Kearney will be first gone
Anyone else care to take a guess ??

I thought it was me who said Kearney would be first but it was you ! Good call Happy.

Apparently he is in tight with the Pirtek boss might still survive for another week or two.

Kearney won't be shown the door just yet as in his contract it states if he is to get the boot, he can get something along the lines of $450 000.

Thars not something ild imagine any club would want to part ways with, so my bet is he'll be their coach until his contract expires.

Kearney isn't the problem at Parramatta

Well if general word is to be believed Hayne has been fit enough to play the last two weeks but has refused sighting his leg "doesn't feel quite right"

The culture of that place is rotten to the core, the lunatics have run the asylum for a long time

Toss up between Sandow and Blair, at the moment, for who is the worst buy of the year.

On topic, I hope the first coach sacked is Sheens.

Mike Hagan resigned from Parra for the same reasons back in 2008… Good to see nothing has changed!

I dont think any coaches will get the ax but just to put this out there:
Wayne Bennit, why? If Newcastle dont do well, and the rich owner (name slips me) who is paying Bennit a fortune is not happy and their personalities clash then who knows in this strange world. I know it wont happen but i thought of it and the topic is about it. Now dont give me a hard time as it was just a thought and thats all it is….... Enjoy!

Sandow is actually putting in for Parra, it's not his fault that the only other player with any attacking ability is injured and the team is full of pea hearts.
