After 8 weeks of exercising 6 days a week, 5BX-Goodbye Couch! Fitness and Adam MacDougall’s The Man Challenge, I’ve finally reach the fitness level of a 6 year old.
?????????

The manshake works Mike. I've lost 12kgs since Feb.

My wife bought a supply of the Ladyshake but didn't like it. So it's been passed on to me.
I'm feeling more feminine by the day and my manboobs are progressing nicely.

It's the same as the man shake but less protein and more collagen, which is good for the skin and whatnot... lollllll.

You'll be right, champ.
Some people get good results on that, if that's what you're after.

Indeed.
Let the upper half rest and smash out some heavy squats before night shift.

I workout 5 days a week, a personal trainer at 5:30am for two days a week and the other three I have a road bike that I have a trainer that I use. For most people this would be too boring, but I find the 35 minutes really clears my head space and ready to face a new day.

Great post.
Nothing boring about improving yourself.

Now that's what I call commitment training at 5:30 in the morning. I used to love going for bike rides to clear my head but the shitty medication I am on now has made me so lethargic and unmotivated. Sucks.

Thank you, my wife and have been doing this for 11 years this December. It was really for her as she had inherited the issue of scoliosis in her back. Now no signs of it and we now mainly do boxing, which she loves.

I used to be all about powerlifting, building strength etc but I’ve gone away from that the last few months

1RM (85kg BW)

Squat 155kg
Deadlift 210kg
Bench 120kg

I broke my ankle in 3 places about august last year playing footy and it was a tough slog to even get remotely close to those numbers again

Been into running heaps lately though and still gym just more high rep stuff these days.

Clocking about 35-40km a week and hit 10km sub 38 mins the other day

Good stuff mate, there’s no better feeling than smashing out a gym sesh. It’s no doubt helped my mind set over the years aswell

Ayyy

Thank you, I would love to run again, but my knees are gone. The left knee has a full replacement, sends the security nuts at the international terminals, and the right one is crap. I am 62, 102kgs, 34inch waist and 5 10. I work hard to keep it like this and still drink at the many local craft breweries in the inner west. First world problems really

Yeah man, takes about 3 months to build some decent muscle and strength, but you lose it if you don’t train for two days ?

Impressive numbers.

I did 140kg deadlifts for reps not long ago and felt like the blood vessels in my head were about to explode.
