I never got all the Fitzhenry bashing. Sure he was a weak five eigth, but on the wing he was great. Was no more error prone than any other winger and was able to find his way to the tryline pretty consistently.

Amazes though that the same people who talk of Fitzy as if he is the anti-christ, also talk up Shannon Gallant like he's a modern day Langlands.

I wouldn't mind if he signed with balmain ryde or Western Suburbs. He wouldn't be bad for depth but he definitely shouldn't be signed in the top 25 man squad. Someone his size needs to be faster to be good on the wing. Tuiaki and Sailor aren't the fastest wingers going around but they got the size to compensate. They wont get pushed over the sideline so easily and they can get over the line with strength.
