The roasts are great Cobar,but I really like making curried snags with mash potatoe peas,carrots and corn fresh dinner rolls from the bakery...and a glass of sav blanc to wash them down with....yummooooooo....Thanks Demps for reup this (is that what you say, Reup?)
I was just wondering if there was a particular food/dish that members have at least once a week that they have been eating most if their lives, like a tradition.
My weakness is a Sunday roast, preferably lamb with gravy, roast spuds and pumkin. Fresh peas with mint jelly. Yum Yum 😋

PS...tonight my brother and I have a chinese lady visiting from Sydney,she used to be his accountant when he was the Company sec at his work...
she is making us traditional chinese satay pork and noodles....cant wait...
