Falafel is very underrated man

Back in the day I'd like a beef Kebab with Falafel on it.

My top 3 takeaway is definitely...

1 Kebab
2 Oporto
3 whatever else really, maybe Maccas or Subway 😂

1 Curry
2 Fish and chips
3 Pizza
4 Chinese
5 Thai
6 Pies
I could keep on going there is so much good takeaway these days

What a post...
Covering it all.

I can enjoy all of that...
Not too much into curry these days, only home made but yep. 😂

Variety is the key.

Medium.
How thick is it?
Say at least 25mm.
Leave the fat on to retain its thickness. If you don’t like the fat cut it if after it’s cooked. If it’s 30mm or more you can cut fat off prior if you want.
On the bbq I use the a very hot grill place it down on an angle after 1.5 mins change the angle to get the cross pattern further 1.5mins, flip it and repeat.
On a very hot pan 1.5 minutes a side and do the edges. When I do it on the pan I am looking for a crisp seal to it both sides and the edges. Some say to wait till you see blood on the steak before turning, I reckon that is too late.
All depends on the thickness. Less than 25mm is 1min. More than 30mm and you will need to turn heat down after sealing and give it an extra 30sec a side or it will be blue.
My mrs ate steak home made, deep fried chips, and salad 5/7 nights for 2 years after her back op. So I got a steak done pat.
Mmmmmmm steak. Enjoy yours.

This x-mass has been messed up round my way. But last year did a bird and some pig on a spit. Had the outlaws over, turned out a right treat.
