Good forward pack. So-so backs. Great halfback. Mid table finish.

Fair few former Tigers players now at the Sharks!

Hard to argue with that, although Ryan Tandy could maybe fit in there after playin well last yr.

Did he play any matches for us though?

Jarrod Saffy could maybe fit in there too.

Would be very suprised if any of the now Sharks players would have made our round 1 first 17 this year. Give me the titans defectors anyday

The bench speaks for itself.
Like Tigers teams of the past, there is a fair bit of potential but they will fall over and shoot themselves in the foot.

This is why our current roster is so exciting!

The team we have now would beat that team easily.

Yes he did a few years ago - he was pretty ordinary I thought and made a lot of errors.

No, I'm right.

Again.

Roberts went to the Bulldogs in 2006, Shannon Gallant made his debut in 2007, his name would be on the list before Mighty Mouse if he played for Wests Tigers…

I actually did this last week too.

Here is the team I came up with:

1\. S. Gallant
2\. S. McDonnell
3\. D. Collis
4\. P. Tagive
5\. L. Covell

6\. J. Morris
7\. S. Prince

8\. J. Lima
9\. I. De Gois
10\. A. Laffranchi
11\. D. Galea
12\. B. Harrison
13\. L. O'Donnell

14\. D. Halatau
15\. R. Tandy
16\. D. Laurie
17\. J. Saffy

18\. S. Flanagan
19\. C. Payne
20\. B. Te'o
21\. S. Elford (actually forgot about Spud!)

Only a few players on the list that I was genuinely disappointed in losing, namely Luke O'Donnell who got sent off in a game early in 2003 and Tom Shines never forgave him and Scott Prince, can't forgive Princey really for destablising our title defence, should I stay or should I go?.
Used to do the same sort of team list many years ago when players like Willie Manu, Hasen Saleh, Corey Pearson, Steve Trindall, Nick Bradley Qulialia etc etc left the club, good item to discuss again in a few years, not many players who have left the Tigers have really kicked on so there's probably a good reason why they weren't retained.

He had his future sorted before 2006 even started.

Teo got his wish and is starting centre to replace Israel.

Running at little guys and being exposed by pace in defence.

I was delighted watching the Sharks game on Monday Night. It provided good comedy seeing Morris at 7\. Stuart must have given his old mate Sheens a call during the week. Ive never laughed so much in a game. Johnny was as inept as ever and the Sharks would not of beat a pub team. Was slightly annoyed they signed Tim Smith, was looking forward to seeing more of "He tries his guts out, he can tackle" in the number 7 murdering plays.
