Can't keep letting them go and not replacing them. It seems other clubs see the value in our players. We have three back rowers committed to other clubs next year with offers that clearly appealed. For a club that apparently hasn't developed players under current coach our players are not having any trouble getting deals elsewhere - which we are not prepared to meet.
For a club already short on depth and has trouble attracting players you have to question what is going on with recruitment and retention for current, or incoming coach. Leaving very little to work with.

We have realised L Leilua, Tuilagi, Garner. While none of them are the world beater, they are much better than what we currently have.
IMHO, while Papalii will be more than adequate substitute, we are still short 2 aggressive props and 2 second rowers.
