Four nations on hold until 2014 WHY ??

I see there is no 2012 4 Nations Understand in 2013 with the World Cup but slightly confused why it is canned for next season

Does anyone know why ??

Ink I personally offer to be involved in Hemmings and Stephenson's counselling
Thinking that it would loosely be revolved in calling them LOSERS every 10 seconds for an hour for a year

I'd say it's the London Olympics. It won't get much publicity competing with that and as a result will fail to make any money.

NRL clubs don't want there players playing. Australia and New Zealand will play an end of year test match

Then England and Wales have said they want to tour, New Zealand and England may play a series

Blame Australia. I read a while back the Kangaroos don't want to compete in a Four Nations series one year out from a World Cup year, as absurd as it sounds. NZ & England were then thinking about having a Tri Series with either France or PNG but obviously decided against it.

When you say blame Australia do you mean the NRL clubs NZ because I Imagine they will be the ones behind it not the NRL because it would be our turn again to hosts games and NRL isn't going to knock back the dollars (especially for the TV rights alone)

According to the wikipedia page (yeah I know) there is no 2012 tournament so teams can prepare for the 2013 RLWC. If that's true it is one of the dumbest things I've ever heard.

Insanely stupid & yet they complain the international game is struggling. I think it's made some good strides so what is having no major tournament going to do??

BTW, congrats to Aussie. 2nd best thing to Kiwis winning a comp is seeing a couple of Tigers players with a trophy :wink:
