Foxtel vs Channel 9 Coverage

I have all channels and except the movie channels.
two boxes, one in bedroom - other in the living room.

Pay around $120.

Mrs loves it.
We have her nephews and neices come over regularly so they get to enjoy the cartoon channels, etc.

Never had foxtel growing up,absoutely love it now.

Wonder if 9 will lift their game, hope so.

They should throw a bucket load at Warren Smith instead of the jobs for life for the tired old dinosaurs in the 9 team.

Just cancelled my Foxtel. I love NRL but $50 per month just to watch footy for 6 months, I don't use it for anything else… nope.

Internet all the way.

Conversely I just signed up for 3 months free with no contract platinum package HD and it was the missus who made the decision. :laughing:

One she will soon regret.

Got this package put on 2 weeks ago, best thing ever!!. Foxtel Go is superior to the Digital pass IMO, full screen viewing on the tablet as opposed to tiny little screen and poor quality stream. I did watch Souths and Rooters on Nine HD and it looked ok. The only trouble I have now is getting the tv off the wife and kids.

For $50 a month including the sports package, i can't understand why anyone would want to watch FTA tv full stop. But then again i'm not one of the mindless masses who watch talentless contests or crap like MKR.

Paying to avoid the rambles of Hadley, Warren, Gus etc can only be a good thing for one's mental health. You have to look after yourselves peeps. Think of Fox as a gym membership for your sanity.

I told the missus I have the tv Thurs-Monday nights for live games and Mon- Thurs nights for 360, Sterlo, Matty Johns etc….

I have a soft spot for Rabbits but he has become very dated and always talks about his infirmities. Footy is about footy.

I guess this is why I really dislike the Saturday afternoon Footy program on 2UE. Just garbage.
