FPN and SKD sign with Tigers *Rumour?

The run that set up the first try came from a metre forward pass from Luke - one of about 20 forward dummy half passes he threw.
I know a bunch of Roosters fans and,for whatever reason, not one has ever liked the bloke.

Someone's had too many ?

Was 100% forward from Luke.

Cock-a-doodle-do if true!

SKD would be a great pickup for you guys, he is coming off one of his most consistent seasons and i expect him to really continue with his strong performances…i have been very impressed with his games for NZ also...i Really hope we keep him.

FPN.....he has the build of a world beater and the ability to carve through defense like a knife through butter, problem is he has the body of a tank but the engine of a volkswagen beetle. a change could possibly wake him up and he may give more consistent performances but to be honest id be happy to free up the room for one of our young guns.

The best news rooster man is that you have anasta back. Lol.

Not enough to affect my eyesight - have another look at it.

anyone still not rate SKD?

He was certainly very good tonight. My reservations are based on watching him over a number of years, but credit to him, this year he has gone up a level for sure. But as I have said elsewhere, even on his earlier form, he would still be better than what we have.

lol people still doubting SKD? the guy is rocks and diamonds but the last 2 seasons have been far more diamonds then rocks….if you guys dont want him id be glad to keep him

as for your roosters mates who "dont like the bloke" there either made up friends or they dont know rugby league...SKD is a damn good player and a try scoring machine when his coached correctly.

SKD signed a big contract shortly after 2010, but he then turned in a few seasons where he was not worthy of the dollars. The last 2 seasons have been quality though.

I think people who don't rate him are justified in being wary given the club being burned by Blair coming on big dollars and taking years to turn it around.

Bottom line though, SKD is worth the risk, if we have the chance to sign him without breaking the bank we should do it.

In his defence, the entire Roosters squad had a couple of lean years in 2011-12\. He's thrived in 2013-14.

I don't need to make up friends, Roosterman.
As there are only a dozen or so Roosters supporters around you would most likely know them too.
For whatever reason they didn't take to him - most probably, as you put it, because he is rocks and diamonds.
Those are the players who can save you or cost you a game with a stupid mistake - and believe me the Tigers have had more than their quota of these guys.
Personally, I don't mind him, he does seem to have become a bit more diamonds lately.

How confident or likelyhood will it come true

fact is we will be forced to let a couple players go in the near future so odds of these players leaving are high….i know for a fact they are being shopped around....odds of you signing though is hard to say but JT would know them pretty well and tempt them to wear your colors.
