There are some good measured and somewhat sensible posts in this thread. I agree with moving Heighno on but disagree with the method.

But at the end of the day I cant get past the fact that they have moved on Beau Ryan who despite possible talent limitations bust his ring week in & week out, and signed peaheart Moltzen for three years.

As we know, there is some salary cap pressure at the Tigers, unfortunately I think that's why Beau is getting released, he has been the most improved player as we know but with others coming in and better options available it's just the way it goes, and in saying that than I also believe Tuqiri will be looking at other clubs as well.

Common sense that business runs clubs now and I can live with that. But the business being done is atrocious. Players and to some extent fans need to know what the club direction is before hasty changes and contract re-thinks.

I think the fans deserve to have some idea of what's happening. Two years in a row this garbage has happened. If Ryan was good enough to sign 8 weeks ago, why wasn't the deal done? If heighno was going, I sure hope they informed him with plenty of time.

What is our wing plan next year? Where is the clubs coaching and media team to let the fans know? Where is the clubs announcement this afternoon, either way to address the rumors? I'm all good for change, and I respect player privacy, BUT WILL SOMEONE AT THE CLUB STAND UP AND TELL US SUPPORTERS WHAT THE BLOODY HELL IS GOING ON, ONE WAY OR ANOTHER!!!!!!

I think the OP is pretty close… We as the Fans really have no idea what is going on and why.

All this speculating, whining about 'they are doing it wrong'; 'they have no idea' is purely reactive and keeps lighting flames on everyone's passion.

One thing is for certain, I wouldnt be listening to many on here who tell us they know something and take it as being true.

Tiger Watto - when did the fans EVER have an idea what is going on & why - EVER? Its a myth!!
In saying that - I'm not losing any sleep over Beau Ryan or CWS or for that matter Marshall or Farah if they left, - it is what it is - WHY? - because I know that througout history that the club does what it wants oblivious to the fans - thats how the whole thing works. always has, always will. Its not the end of the road for Beau, CWS, you or me. The show must go on. Been there, done that - its not personal.
