Gallen

What possible use is signing him for one season as per the OP's question

We put back the development of our budding backrowers and risk losing them for one season of Gallen ??

Gallen in anything but Sharks colours is only going to be bad value for money. If he leaves Cronulla its because he didnt get the money he wants and for no other reason. Anasta situation all over again. No thanks,

The sharks havent offered Gallen anything,so it is not a case of more money.

Would take Wade Graham in a heartbeat.

No Anasta style retirement plans for Gallen, Myles, Stewart, Watmough, Scott or any other aging forward.

Milky why is it that , in today's terms , anyone who has a differing opinion to someone around your age is immediately stamped as hating
I could almost gaurantee to you that NO ONE on this forum hates Mitchell Moses

Eg, take myself for an example. I have come to the conclusion over the last seven weeks weeks that Moses does not deserve a first grade spot….and should have some time to work on his game in the lower grade. I would also like to see him back in first grade when his game has come up to that standard( which I hope it does). As he has certainly showed that in the junior sides.
But quite often being a junior champion does not translate t being the same thing in the major grades. The professional sports world is littered with failed junior "next best things "
I'm not saying that will happen to Moses , but he has the same hurdles to overcome as everyone else.
So no, Its not hate that makes me want Moses dropped,it's the hope that he will improve his game and come back to the top grade with a better game that will benefit the team around him
You seem to be a nice young bloke Milky, so think twice before you accuse people of hating just because they have a different opinion.
Sorry to go off topic, but it was sort of on topic .....almost , cheers milky and keep those posts coming .

This has gone from a Moses hate fest to a love-in!

Whatever!

Now let's make Gallen an offer he cant refuse! If we got 2 good years out of him I'd be ecstatic. The rest is cream.

Gallen, Farah, Woods = NSW front row. What's not to love?

No, there is a vast difference between "hating" and an opinion this is conveyed through the way you voice your opinion. It's like disowning your child because he didn't live to your expectations but you want him back when he has become a millionaire. Doesn't work like that.

Absolute tool but can play. Would have mixed feelings about signing him. Maybe if he wasn't capt and somebody gagged him we could put up with him. Always seems to break down after origin over these days.

Yes that would do me too Siro, the only concern I have is possibly losing them at origin time.

Ahh to be so wise????sorry Milky but no that is not what I meant at all, I went to great pains to explain to you that no one was "disowning "anyone.
Far from it , it's sort of more like paying him to attend professional classes to improve his game to the standard that will Give him a secure spot in the field that he wants to be in.
I don't recall many here saying to disown him or boot him out of the club. ,
I know many people these days believe that whatever field they want to be in should grab them and let them start at the top . Nice if it could be that way.
But unfortunately most start at the bottom and work their way up to the top. That is if they show those qualities needed.
Unfortunately , Mitch , despite being given a gauranteed start at the top, has shown he is not ready for it …..yet....
As I said before , this has nothing to do with hating anyone, but he needs to be playing somewhere without so much pressure , to work on his game, as he's not handling first grade. I hope he does get back after he's learnt his game and I fully expect him to do that.
If you can't see the difference between that and hating someone then there's nothing that I can do about that
,
