Galloway offers nothing

The past few seasons he has been dissappointing and more than likely carried an injury, but this year he has improved his performances,it is rather noticeable when Keith,Marty and Woods are not on the field together.

I'd like to think it's more ignorance, glad to be proven wrong by the passionate fans on this site. I'll put my hand up and say clearly I'm wrong and some of it was based of previous years .

No problem with passion at your end BT, and the admission shows you are above most in other areas as well.

I was going to post more this morning as to what Keefy brings to a side, but was time to go to work. If you look at the post by Goose in this thread, for mine that pretty well sums it up.

Neither do I. SOO is much faster than most NRL games. Keith wouldn't be good coming of the bench in SOO.

Galloway's defence is great these days. We seem to be so much tougher up the middle with him on the field, and when he's off we seem to be leaking 40m a set minimum. The stats won't show it so most will just overlook it, but he's an important part of this team.

That said, he is a little slow off the ground, and when he played his one origin game he got found out for this pretty badly. There's a reason he only played about 5 minutes out there before Sticky took him off and never picked him again.

His great run and even better quick play the ball set up the room forFarah to run and lead to the first try against the Warriors. A perfect example of what he brings to the side.

thought this thread was from a year or two ago and had been dug up.

hes going good this year (up 61k on fantasy too  ) good hard hitter for us to wear em down. not flashy but gritty

Keith has been great this year and for mine taught Woods a lesson tonight. He made several one on one try savers and took some tough runs when the Warriors defence was set.

Woodsy's first stint tonight was tragic. He wasn't rested when taken off, it was disciplinary. He was a lot better when he came back on.

I agree.

Galloway showed Woods that all you need to do is head down and bum up, rather then the silly little crap Woods was dishing up.

Galloway was my MOM tonight simple because he was the only experienced player that was professional and did his job all day. Pat did too, but Galloway up front was great

What I don't get about this thread is KG didn't even have a bad game tonight, he had plenty of good carries.

Maybe I can understand one-time frustration for a bad match, like the Farah thread going on tonight, but as lots of people have said, KG is having a solid year.

He's an experienced prop forward in quite a young pack. Woods is the star as others emerge around them. Galloway does his job and would provide good leadership to them.

SAUCE still has some improvement in him and will only get better as the season progresses…he has been very good so far....

So now it's Keithy's turn…we seem to be working through the team one-by-one with each player copping a bagging as we go. So far, Forum Tigers supporters have rubbished Sirronen, Lawrence, Teddy, Richards, Moses, Simona and now Galloway. How about we stop bagging them and start "SUPPORTING" our players guys! Especially when they are having a dig.
I agree with most posts here in that KG certainly looks like a new refreshed and enthusiastic player this season, I am enjoying watching him, he seems to be having a real go for mine.
