He will be missed. I thought he was practically the cornerstone of our forward pack and he was playing very well against the Panthers before injury struck. Hopefully he recovers well as according to reports he was shattered.

Sorry but the guy is a liability, he always gets injured every year….

Go and look at our win loss record without him then tell me the same thing with a straight face.

I disagree with you, I'm sure I don't know what all the hype is over Galloway, to me he has very little impact, we had much more go forward yesterday when B M-M & Pettybourne came on the field. :exclamation: Just my impression 😕

I tore my pec in the gym years ago. I couldn't touch weights for a year. They never used to get them in League, but they reckon it's the wrestling in tackles that's causing it.

I don't agree - both on the weekend were a result of being struck on the extension of the arm whilst attempting a tackle. Nothing to do with wrestling.
I was reading an interesting article on SMH yesterday, about cancer clusters:
http://www.smh.com.au/lifestyle/cancer-clusters-20130309-2frwd.html
It basically says that sometimes medical conditions spontaneously occur in groups, clustering, as any truly random system will experience. There isn't a root cause simply because there is a larger number of instances of some particular injury. Yes, it should be investigated, but often a root cause is impossible to discern.
For example, I could argue that, because there were two pec injuries on Sunday in a single match, something about that particular match increased the chances of pec tears. Perhaps it was the heat, **or the Campbelltown air**, or the introduction of the new video ref protocols?
