Look it does not surprise he got suspended.
Unfortunate but it hasn’t been until this week that the NRL, well Annesley have come out and mentioned the crackdown, pushed all the way from the commission.
We were just stupid enough not to get the message from the most recent suspensions of Sims and Kikau. Fairs fair in this case.
No late hits.
Exact same thing happened last year when taking out a kicking half was outlawed.
We just need to be smarter.
Next time, just don’t make a tackle give them a hug instead, every other tackler seems to be able to do it on a half.

This is all well and good if they book all the other blokes for a week for every remaining match this year.

Fair enough Kikau had the book thrown at him for a similarly inoffensive incident, so if this is the precedent they want to set, I want to see them all go.

Chris Smith should have got half a week's suspension because his was half as bad as Garners, something like 20 ms reaction time rather than 40 ms.

God forbid the bloke who follows through with 80 ms reaction time!!!
