Get rid of lui

are we in the time warp and back in 09?
lui isnt a halfbacks backside , and moltz isnt a fullback…...why dosent fonzie see this?

Perhaps because our coach is the same man who couldn't see John Morris wasn't a halfback, even though 20,000 that go every week could see it. The man is myopic, egotistical and blind. He will persist with someone for 20 bad games until they have a good one then remind everyone how good that player is on the back of 1 out of 20

Sheens does not want Moltzen to be a 'ball player'.

the Fonz is never wrong . . . .

Lui is clearly not ready and lost that game for us today.

Moltzen is a shocking fullback and a great halfback.

Onya Fonz !!

once again we pile on the points when moltz is up in the line, his pass quality is superb and hes good at picking the right player to pass it too.

he has to be the 7, we were owned today dont let the 12 point loss fool you he copped a hiding

I am going to have watch this game now … Lui lost it for us?? Very different to the radio reports I heard.

Sheens obviously thought he was wrong and hooked Lui. Your "Fonz is never wrong" line seems a bit out of date.

I don't think Lui is a bad player at all, however Moltzen isn't a fullbacks proverbial and the only other place I see for him is the #7.

I still have reservations whether Moltzen is going to be a full time #7 as he's not an organiser, however I can say with 100% confidence that he is 1000 times better at halfback than he is at fullback, and that's the reason I want him at half.

i dont understand why benji is doing so much kicking when we have guys like Lui finding space 80% of his kicks

Cmon Bug…Lui did not cost us the game at all....

He was a big hand in the first try.....got Injured....facial fracture I've heard and went off...

Moltzen at 7 will get no arguement from me....

At least try and be objective....

Thats it in a nutshell for mine

I think Lui needs to get himself more involved. According to NRL stats the halves today:
Lui handled the ball 14 times in 48 minutes.
Marshall 42 times in 80 minutes
Pearce 51 times in 80 minutes
Anasta 34 times in 80 minutes

Lui isn't even getting the ball once every 3 minutes, while the others are close to or above once every 2 minutes.

From the moment Lui rolled his ankle in the 13th minute he was a passenger, in attack and defence. The limping was visible for everyone to see, he just couldn't run properly and Sheens should have replaced him immediately to be honest.

People who think he lost the game for the Tigers have no idea.

I don't think that Lui lost us the game or is a bad player however Moltzen is a weapon who is atm is also a liability at fullback.

The easy solution is to move Moltzen into the halves.

yep

you made the call mate

the thing i like about moltzen most at half-back most is that he puts men through holes and sometimes finds his own way through a hole.

We won 5 straight at the end of last year with Moltz at half and Benji at 6, then Gallant got hurt and Sheens moved the whole side around bringing Lui in to half and Moltz to fullback instead of just putting Beau Ryan at fullback and bringing up another winger. When I saw before the game he was splitting our halves combination I thought it was a bad move and it was, we lost the next two and were out of contention. I couldn't believe Sheens busted what appeared to be our first zesty halves combination since Prince. No offence to John Morris, I loved him as a worker and team man but he just didn't have the zing you need in a half back. Just leave Moltz and Benji together Tim, 6 in a row sayd something don't you think?
