@Tiger5150 my statement that we have always been belted in the middle third is supported by last seasons data. Differentiating between left and right Chanel’s is irrelevant in the context of my statement.

It’s very lazy to blame Hoffman for the loss. I agree he didn’t have the best of games on debut, but Nofa has experienced the same dilemma from time to time.
If your point is that the left Chanel is tight then show me the numbers to support that?
I maintain that our flanks are getting left in the cold because of our inability to win the middle. We’re short of a Pangai Junior or a British bulldog. imo

Instead of blaming Hoffman, how about putting the blame where it belongs? The failure of the Club to invest in fast wingers which also saw the loss of Koroibete, JAC and Papenhuyzen. This necessitates having to play centres like Talau and Hoffman on the wing. Time for the purchase of fast. Wingers.

I rate the guy.
Maybe over compensated all night which created the problems people are talking about. For me he showed composure under the high ball and that's all we can ask at this stage.
