Not good that he's been in hosp. again.
My wife's father had diabetes. They started off by removing a couple of toes and ended up losing a leg up to the knee, then passed away from a heart attack.
But I'm sure Richo will have the best of advice and care.

But he needs quality and experienced coaching staff that can develop and improve players he signs

Diabetics in hospitals usually don't end gr8.Hospital food and sedentary lifestyle is a killer..literally
.Im type 1..super fit..exercise daily ..watch what I eat .drink a little too much.and am very well educated on the subject..but it will get me one day assuming that Mack truck whilst crossing the road doesn't
Richo needs a better endocrinologist,nutritionist and Ozempic
.he doesn't look healthy and wts are heavily reliant on him to get this job done!
There's rapidly advancing technology out there because there's so many of us $$$

They don't infulence anywhere near as much as people think. Manly have had Penn insanity, Parra is total looneytunes..

None of that holds those teams back. It's all down to the coaches.

Sure we look better with a better board/management. But it's Benji's not Richo's performance we will evaluate. If Benji keeps fluffing Year 3, as he has had 3 years running the tigers..

Yes, things like getting Bula training with Ingles is great. That's just icing, not the cake.

Richo/O'farrell's infulence will be when to push Benji out. Where the last board failed was having a replacement ready when Madge failed/Sheens failed (should NOT have been Benji).
If he has a shocker, that will be an easy decision.

It must be a bugger injecting insulin every day?
I think I remember you saying recently you aren't exactly an ankle biter anymore [same here] so you never know, they may have stopped making Mack trucks 🤣 by the time you get anywhere near the pointy end of life, I hope so anyway 👍.

On a serious note, I wonder if the experience coach/s have been sorted for next year.
These are not position that can be filled over the off season and into the new year. They need to be ready with programs before the preseason starts. It's a non-negotiable IMO

All this hate for Bird but I am extremely confident if Richo was to sign him it would be for the right dollars and years.

That's the thing about his signing isn't it. The length of contract and $$$. I have faith in Richo to get this right! If the deal isn't good for us, he will walk away. Bird would provide us with 1st grade quality in an area of need (either right centre or edge backrower) if he can finally get some luck on the injury front.

Thnks.Type 1 is genetic,and its\\\can be fairly managable these days with common sense and new tech monitors which signal if things are going awry..just gotta be careful and stay on top of it .
Insulin is definitely an inconvenience..but alternatives are far worse!!
