Looks like we have a decent supply of goal kickers this year, I have seen pics of Simona, Moses, Teddy and of course Patty all practicing kicking goals. I honestly think it's going to be a good year!!!

Unless we can score a few tries and defend our butts off it won't matter who our goal kickers are or how good they are

How does Tedesco go at goal kicking ?

Moses isn't too bad and Simona isn't the best .

Only seen pics of him kicking from the sideline. Caption did say he never looked like missing. If any of these boys get upto scratch it'll put a bit of pressure on Patty especially if kevs playing well

I always thought that goal kicking should be practised by all the boys ( if not all ready ) at training.
Goal kicking, is an important part of our game and it's essential, to have more then one capable kicker in the team.
I like what JT is doing so far.

I am sure they would practice goal kicking. Good thing is Taylor was not a bad goal kicker in his day too, so I am sure he can assist in that area too.

Moses would be the first choice back up…..strikes them sweetly as well would even go as far as to say technically better than Richards...

Technically beter then Richards? No way. Maybe in time, but not at this stage Geo. Agree with you about him being our first choice back up though.

Tigers put a post on Instagram of teddy knocking one straight over the black dot from the sideline at training this morning

I agree with Geo. Moses is better. Most disagree with this though.

Personally I have no faith in Richards as a goal kicker. I just feel he is overrated. Kicks some great goals but misses some easy ones. Much like Luke Covell who was a major let down when he had a pressure kick.

The way Moses strikes them straighter and flatter is a better platform to build more consistency which I think he will do in coming years.

I can only assume this post is publicity seeking. Richards strikes them as well as I have ever seen anyone in all my years of watching league. He missed a couple last year but everyone does. The comparison with Covell is laughable, although he was quite a reasonable kicker.
Moses is pretty good but he missed as many close ones in a few appearances last year as Pat did in two thirds of the season.

Richards, Moses, Drinkwater…all handy with the boot. Brooks can also slot them. Wouldn't give Lawrence the ball again, his foot is likely to fly over the black dot before the ball.
