we finishd 4th and

they finished 8th and got the soft side of the draw and got all their games in sydney

we also showed signs of being a good team in 05 (like this year) parra were shocking terrible horrible till round 18

How did they get the soft run when they beat teams 1,2 and 4 to get to the gf where they play team 3??
 
They beat 1 2 and 3 actually….they play 4th in the decider....

Geez I'm no great fan of Parra....but they are playing great Footy at the right time at the end of the day....

I hope they beat Melbourne....

titans have no idea how to win on NSW grass easy win there…
Dragons always choke and were out of form
the bulldogs was their only tough game but guess what?? got to play the game in sydney with half the crowd being parra bandwagoners

never had to move from sydney for 3 weeks... they didnt have to go to Melborune where their unbeatbale down there didnt have to go to Brisbane either

It may seem soft but they've won 9 of their last 10 matches I think.

There wouldve been some tough, in form teams in that run, theyve also been playing sudden death every week which makes the pressure on them even higher so Im not sure if they've had a soft run.

i think it will be 26 - 10 melbourne. ill be there to watch it, and watch BRET and U20s go around, i think we could win both GF's and hopefully ill be hammered and wont care to much about FG
 
I think it has alot to do with which " storm" team turns up to play on the day.
if storm have same attitude in this game like in other finals matches so far this season, they will be hard to beat.
no denying parra have been going well.
can the fairytale ride of their season continue?
I wish I knew.
to be honest I am not worried who wins, as long its result of good footy, and not crap decision by officials.

Is anyone else getting sick of this assumption that's been made that everyone in Sydney is going for Parramatta? I hate the Eels more than any other team in the league. Why the hell would I go for them just because they're the only Sydney team in the GF? It makes me sick to my stomach.
 
well the rain has come and will no doubt make it a slippery affair - will suit Melbourne to a tee considering they are used to the cold weather and short in goal

Actually I am not sure about 20 points. It depends if it rains or not. Melbourne to win though.
 
At the start of the week I was thinking Parra. Then I thought it was 50/50\. Earlier today I was confident Melbourne would win but now I feel it's probably 50/50.
