Great Effort -proud of the boys

As per the title very proud of the boys effort away from home in Melbourne against the best team in the league they did everything they could. Our best attacking player was injured in the first 10 minutes but tougher it out. Our forwards dominated melbournes and the whole team didn't stop all night

If we put in that level of effort every week we will win a lot of games

Was definitely a great effort, we have been crying out for years for that sort of aggression and impact.

The challenge is playing like that for the full 80 week to week.

Great effort,but we are still being let down by our six and nine making brain dead calls at crucial times. These guys are earning mega bucks to make smart calls but are still making the same dumb calls they made years ago. Sheens signed Anasta to make the percentage calls that we need to make yet our two players continue to make dumb plays.

Farah is a brilliant player,not so sure about Marshall,but you have to play smart and you have to play the percentages.Tonight should have been a one point game but in the end the storm won in a canter,why_____dumb dumb play by the big earners

If I was going to fault anyone it would be Farah and Marshall. Marshall simply has to hit the man more often when he is passing the ball but Robbie was in the same boat tonight.

They both put in and the effort was great but we need more than effort from those two.

Effort was definitely up. Very good effort.
Execution was a little poor at times and we paid the price. Definately could have looked to maintain pressure and look for a repeat set rather then an answer a few times. Benji's wayward pass that led to the Waqa try is the one I'm thinking of.

All Wests Tigers fans should be very proud of our team. They took on the benchmark team and nearly came away with a upset. (Bet ya some bookies were nevous) Hopefully this game didn't drain the tank for next week. The boys will be tired, but I and all the Wests Tigers fans will tell you "Hold your heads up high with pride, you did good!

Well at least you may not have to worry about Benji's erratic game for a while.

Glad that he kicked a lot less tonight but he made up for his bad kicking with bad passing.

Great effort. I thought Bodine Thompson added a lot. Tedesco has to play fullback. Woods is a beast. Young jack is playing really good footy. Anasta at halback worked well. There's a lot to like about this performance.

All you can ask for really is that your teams has a go. I loved the attitude last night.

Yes - great effort against the best team in the comp on their turf. Good to see the forwards dominant for 60 minutes at least.
