Plain and simple. Todd Greenberg has to stand down or be sacked.

He has brought the game into disrepute through his reactive and selective punishments to clubs and players. There is simply no medium in his sanctions. Where is the line in the sand? All that can be seen is a blurry line somewhere between political correctness and illegal behavior.

I think all fans need to be getting behind the push to remove him. Maybe someone more privy with social media campaigns can put out a hashtag that we can all promote. #greenberg2go or something similar and whenever you talk footy with mates, colleagues, family, freinds ask them their thoughts on Greenberg and ask them to push the agenda also. Enough is enough and us fans need to be heard.

Lets throw some points out there that show the inconsistencies in his sanctions and hopefully we can get a good summary of his incompetent decision making. There is heaps and we've probably forgotten some of them.

I'll just start with players involved in violence or charged by police.

1\. Barba banned for life with no criminal charges laid by police.
2\. Dylan Napa facing sanctions even though he has been investigated and cleared of any wrong doing.
3\. Dylan Walker in court over domestic violence charges, yet currently training with no sanctions by the NRL.
4\. Jack Whighton charged with assault for punching and headbutting innocent bystanders, suspended and fined, yet can continue his profession.
5\. Matt Lodge… we all know that story.
6\. Numerous players charged by police for domestic or common assault yet still able to play.

These are just the tip of the iceberg. Then there's a whole heap of inconsistencies around Salary Cap cheating,
TPA's,
The Draw and the Broncos,
Referees and the Bunker,
the list goes on - please add to it.

In my opinion, the NRL should only act on criminal matters heard by the courts. I thought they learnt this after standing down Brett Stewart only for him to be found innocent. You can't pick and choose when to throw the book at players as it opens up for legal action against the NRL.
2 strikes and your out, regardless of your standing in the game. It would be under 5% of players that misbehave and the game will survive losing them.

We've all down silly things especially when intoxicated and young men will always push the boundaries, but in todays game, they are rewarded very well and good behaviour is simply a requirement for those rewards.

PLEASE KEEP ADDING POINTS TO THE THREAD.

With a name like Todd shouldn't be allowed anywhere near the NRL. Just like the river he is all dried up.

Every time I hear Peter Beatie talk, it baffles me how he has got so far professionally.

I am not sure much will change without overhauling the whole commission although it would be a very good start to replace Greenberg

I see this idiot Greenturd blames the Bulldogs if Napa gets suspended.
He said they 'needed to do more due diligence before signing him'.
I'm no Bulldogs or Napa fan but that's just an idiotic statement.
How on earth would they have an idea of a stupid video made 5 years ago?
Maybe he should have done ' due diligence' on Barba before letting him come back?
