To think 2 guys playing in the halves have played roughly 70-80 games without a MOM award says it all.

Moses was MOTM in his 4th or 5th NRL game vs the dogs in 2014 at 20 years old.

He looks good, but his test will come when he needs to play to the team structure & opposition coaches have time to review his video's.

I also like how Robinson has him defending tighter, rather than letting him linger out wide to look like a dill. (take note JT)

Again last night proves that our halves are doing well behind a slow, and at times dominated pack. Because the chooks were dominated up front and he wasnt dominant.

All comes down to coaching.

Look at Melbourne with Duffy, Mann, Munster etc. They dont "need time" they are delivering on the big stage right now!

There are no excuses offered or accepted, just a sense of duty to perform and a coach who prepares them for that mental challenge.

At Wests Tigers we have the talent, we dont have the system or the coach to develop and prepare the talent.

We seem to fall down on the mental side of things, we seem to play one or two great games and the rest rubbish, so I guess that would come down to the coach. The fitness was a lot better this season, so they seem to have the right people on the job there :master:

Therein lies the problem. I wish they could be best on team. But that doesn't happen too often either. As the next season rolls around, I hope they're prepared to take it on. I think if Farah is in fact out of the team, then that will force their hand and we might see results.

2016 will be a interesting year for our 6 and 7,the excuses,inexperience,youth,poor players around them etc will start to wear thin and I hope they will be picked on form and not potential. I get the feeling Littlejohn might apply plenty of pressure to Brooks in particular. Anyway the bottom line they are being paid well over the odds at present considering their contributions to the team, so lets hope 2016 we start getting value for dollar and their are no excuses…..and for what it is worth, I think they will really kick on 2016

Depending on what the plans for Farah /Cherrington /Halatau are I won't be surprised to see Littlejohn on the bench

It is very interesting to remember that at the start of this season when Moses and Brookes were really struggling to find form many people were resisting to drop them to State Cup which would have enabled them to regain their composure and confidence under pressure. The main reasons against the idea were (I) the club had invested too much money in the two to waste them in State Cup and (2) the club had very little halves experience/talent to bring in from State Cup to replace them (remember that Akoula was asked to play 5/8 in State Cup because there were no other takers). Next season with Littlejohn and Rankin available there will be no reason not to drop Moses and Brookes to State Cup if either Brookes or Moses don't show the worth of their first grade experience. The bonus with Rankin is that he is a good goalkicker.

They'll still only be 21\. They'll improve when the club as whole improve around them. I think Brooks and Moses have been fine. The whole club culture needs to be changed. A look at the whole spectrum of what is happening at the top level.

The kids are doing exceptionally well but this club has major issues off of it. And that is what we should be concerned about not two kids fresh out of school.
