Well, lets hope the loaded offer from Eels rules them out of Farah's signature.

They'll just offload Sandow to a poor unsuspecting northern hemisphere club and turn a blind eye to their best crop of juniors coming through and may still be in a position to woo Robbie.

Seriously Parra have no idea on firstly identifying their best juniors and then importantly, hanging on to em … Noticed the latest one to escape is young Jacob Gagan to Manly ... Unbelievable !

They lost great juniors including: Jamie Lyon, Tony Williams, Feleti Mateo, Krisnan Inu, Timana Tahu and Chris Armit.

Tahu wasn't a parra junior. And Armit isn't even worth mentioning

True … But the list is endless ... Hodgkinson, keating, the wolf man and his brother, the wild child half/pivot from Macksville who's gone to the Titans via Cronulla(what the hell is his name), the Souths NYC halfback (can't think of his name either), and much to our delight ... A budding young champion named Mitchell Moses (no problem remembering that one)

Snoddy, are those two players you mentioned Albert Kelly & the Rabbits under 20's halfback Luke Keary? Keary looks to be a gun player from the games I seen him play this year & he was playing in the QLD Cup or what ever is the eqvilant in QLD to the NSW Cup before making his debut for them. How Parra didn't rate Moses is astounding considering the massive wraps on the kid.

Thank you WT4Life … That's them, Kelly & Keary ... yeah, Keary went from being unwanted at Parra, played SG Ball at Manly, then starred in his final year at school in the rugby rep games, was snapped up by the Titans or Broncos and as you said, played QLD Cup before the Rabbits pounced ... How the hell can I remember all that but not a couple of very simple names ... It's a worry ! Yes Keary and Kelly are both talented, Kelly of course has to combat a few personal demons if he's going to fulfill any of his potential. Happy to have Moses out of that trio however.

Re: Moltz - I know its not a tigers statement but it does have direct quotes.

Tim Moltzen admits his form and focus were affected by uncertainty surrounding his future with the Wests Tigers and vowed to return to his best after agreeing to a new three-year deal.

Moltzen was at the centre of a war of words between the Tigers and St George Illawarra last year after agreeing to an early release from his contract to join the Dragons for the start of this season.

The Tigers accused the joint-venture of being arrogant and disrespectful by announcing the deal without their knowledge just hours before a Friday night clash with Parramatta last July.

Dragons chief executive Peter Doust denied the claims, but his club were fuming later in the year and considering legal action when Moltzen reneged on the deal, opting to stay with the Tigers.

Moltzen, who battled back from a serious knee injury last year, was given a red-hot welcome by Dragons supporters when his side played at Kogarah in round three.

And although he admits his confidence was affected, the versatile 23-year-old is delighted to have agreed on terms with the Tigers.

"It's good to have some security at the club I love and the chance to keep playing with some of my closest mates," Moltzen said.

"It was tough heading out to that game at Kogarah and then losing the game made it worse.

"Everything that happened in the off-season got to me a little bit.

"I went into my shell and let it affect me, which is why I am happy with nutting this out and have a new contract."

Back-rower Adam Blair says he can't wait to get back into action after missing last Saturday's win over Penrith due to suspension.

The New Zealand Test star was banned after being found guilty of unnecessary contact with the leg of Canterbury centre Josh Morris last week.

"It's always tough sitting on the sidelines watching your team play without you," Blair said.

"You feel pretty helpless and can't help out. It happened so quick. I got done for a leg pull but it is over now and we move on."

Blair is no stranger to the judiciary but the 26-year-old said he did not feel he was being picked on because of his reputation or the fact he is a former Melbourne player.

The Storm have been heavily criticised for their wrestling techniques in the play-the-ball but Blair said he has no problems with the officials.

"Refs watch everyone that plays, mine is just a name they call out along with everyone else," he said.

"I just try and stay away from those things. I work hard on the ground but I got in trouble last week and I have to work harder on improving what I do.

Bob: Beau Ryan was quoted and filmed on national TV saying he had re-signed….back in April or May.

Moltzens quote was from same time I think....it means nothing

Im pretty certain it hasnt been made official yet.....humptys locked drawer has the answers

What is the latest word on Tedesco? i haven't seen him mentioned in many recent threads on peoples team lists etc.
Any news on him?

Finished 1st in the squad fitness test yesterday so looks close enough to fully recovered.

Great news for James

The hard work is paying off

A lot of the NYC boys that have been brought into the squad could use Teddy as an example of how hard work is the most important thing in becoming an NRL player ,most players are probably within 1-2% of each other talent wise

Not to mention … Paul Gallen, Jamie Buhrer and Ryan Hinchcliffe.

For some reason I always thought Gallen was a Penrith jnr and Hinchcliffe was from Canberra?

Gal was a Wenty junior IIRC.

Yes Gal was a wenty junor as I believe Liam Fulton was as well. Parramatta's identification and retention of junior talent in their district has been poor for a very long time.

First saw Hinchcliffe playing SG Ball Cup for the Eels … Think he went to Canberra after that (although that part of the Ryan Hinchcliffe story tumbles into a memory black hole)

He start at fullback in round 1, such is his work ethic and dedication and willingness to learn.

An ACL injury requiring a full reconstruction? He won't be fully recovered for some significant time. On average 16-18 months
