What is the latest word on Tedesco? i haven't seen him mentioned in many recent threads on peoples team lists etc.
Any news on him?

Finished 1st in the squad fitness test yesterday so looks close enough to fully recovered.

An ACL injury requiring a full reconstruction? He won't be fully recovered for some significant time. On average 16-18 months

Mate, genuine desire can poo poo those medical time frames.
Two months back I spiral busted my leg in two ridiculously inconvenient places … you know, the bit you use to walk with.
Anyway to cut a long story short ... I'm now hobbling 2kms a day down to Aldi to buy my $2.49 bottle of Shiraz Merlot ... the surgeon and physio are amazed and reckon I should still be prostrate (no not the other thing) and of course tee total.

Desire Mate ... It's what separates the fringe first grader from the out and out champion
or, if you'd prefer, the eminently sensible from the borderline alcoholic.

I predict Teddy will be back ahead of forecast.

 Absolute quality again Snoddy. Keep it up!

Without going back through older posts why should the Wests Tigers announce anything about a player who was contracted to Balmain, while we all had high hopes for John considering his illustrious Shute Shield career with Eastwood he only ever offered glimpses of potential with Balmain, he's going back to RU a better player I believe.

I'd make an exception in Tedesco's case. I believe he'll line up at fullback in round 1.

Does an average ACL break normally require a full reconstruction?

Most players seem to be able to return in about 12 months, although the confidence takes longer.

Do you have your medicare card?
Take a seat, there are a few doctors in this thread, one will be along shortly.

Fortunately we all bulk bill Ink

Really depends on the individual , what setbacks you have along the way and how far your prepared to push your rehab

Doesn't say too much about the rest of the squad if a guy still 8-10 months away from full recovery is the fittest player in the team.
Big fan of Teddy just hope his not pushing himself too hard too early….he doesn't seem to have a go slow gear.
Hope the trainers are doing the right thing and I guess the doctors(real doctors) have checked it all out.
