Interesting.... so HBG dont own WT the brand but are majority shareholders in the Football club/company of the same name with rights (via the licence) to participate under that name in the NRL?

Long-winded sorry, but trying to understand the exact legal status as it creates many opportunities for us to still follow WT if there is a licence breach.

very hard to breach the licence only ,doesn't mean you will be excepted back in when they laps

That is correct, club logos etc are controlled by the ARLC, these are then licensed to the clubs. The individual clubbshareholders own and run the clubs

I am a FACKIBG Wests Tigers supporter - i am totally against 195 pages of bullshit from people who know as little about the situation as i do. The amount of BS, innuendo and just plain facking stupidity on here astounds me. The media loves this rubbish. All i have said all along is how about we settle down and allow those who actually have the power to do something about this follow through and see what happens. Maybe then when we have all the information can we truly vent. We have clowns on here having the tigers merging with Easts brisbane, campbelltown wests and going alone with an anonymous backer - and that is just one person. The forum has really lost the plot. By all means go ahead with a march - although im still not sure what the march is against - as bad as HBG and their archaic debenture system is, it has been declared totally legal by Liquor and gaming. Belittle me all you want but i know i am one of the few who is looking at this with a level headed approach.

Bit rich to tell people to settle down after 15 years of misery and now this . HBG out.

I'm surprised you go to such lengths to defend HBG or at least play Devil's Advocate.

Given all the HBG nonsense over the years and similar lack of WT success, I'm surprised there's anyone willing to go into bat for HBG after the past week.

I wonder what your attachment to HBG is.
