Heamasi Makasini #303

we need back up for Api
if benji does release skelton mid season after Verills as back up, better than Hope
Much better
Difficult sell though as he will be back up for next 2 years which are the prime years of his career..and paid accordingly
ZWith 2 new eams he can get a gig surely
Maybe hes got 10 kids and likes Benjis family first policy?

One of the media scribes was suggesting Api might get released a year early to go chase the rivers of gold in PNG? Would be hard to say no to him after what he has given to the WT

Im not sure you can throw him straight back in after 3 weeks off due to a foot injury. He was looking cooked his last couple of games. I think fir his sake he needs to come back in KOE cup....and I agree, have a look at him at right centre
Agree completely. Putting him straight back in when he looked shaky last time and when the team are likely to be whipped by Manly is not a good idea.

it is the spot in tip 30 that is needed
who makes way out if the top 30 to get Verrils in ?
that is the reason the club would want to.shift sjelton early to create a spot.for a verrills

Just looked at Parra’s wingers this week … Brian Kelly and Addo- Carr … I’ll swap them for either … or do they want Skelton for depth purposes only ?

not sure what they are paying him im not Buckets O'Neil
tigers dont want him beyond 2026 so I guess he takes what he can get it's a contract.
Perhaps they have said to him if you can come over prior to June 30 we can pay you 270k a year if not we pay 250k so he might be ken to move

happy for API to go, we love him at the club and he is an amazing player, if we can get 18 months out of him and find a replacement, I think its a fair deal. he will be 35 in 2028 defintely ok with a 35 year old leaving
