If it is going to be only 1 week weather you take the early plea or fight it, you may as well fight it. I think a good QC would get Heighington off the charge or get it downgraded so he doesn't miss a week.

Each charge is taken on it's merits…..how they came up with grade 2 in the first place is beyond me so lets hope he gets downgraded and is free to take his place....

I'll be surprised if they downgrade the charge it is still careless and grade 2 is about right . Unfortunately we have to take off the black gold and white sunglasses sometimes…..
