Help with hoodie

i saw a few guys yesterday wearing a hoodie i haven't seen before. it was all orange with wests tigers written in black across the back and i think it had est.00 in the left hand corner on the front and the wt logo on one of the pockets. tried to ask one of em but he ducked into a car and was off before i could. does anyone know where these are available?
