We will get injuries there is no avoiding them, I pray for a lean year here though, especially for Teddy Moses Brooks and Robbie…we keep them on the field the majority of the year - good

If Lawrence has a breakout year, I will personally send the Club an email and apologise for critising him over the years and to pass it on to him.
I really feel for him but he's just taking up a position in our team and a chunk of our Salary Cap (not that it's his fault) no one could of predicted his injury.

Does Teddy look like he's changed his running style slightly? Still looks quick but it looks like a tighter, more solid style.
Hopefully a little less prone to injury?

Teddy looked good, but it looked like players were just going through the motions.

Now we don't know what they were told to do but u would expect they would pick out the best footage. If that's the best then bloody hell.

Now I'm one of the guys who have been positive all so far about 2015, but that video did nothing for me.

Now we don't know what they were told to do but u would expect they would pick out the best footage. If that's the best then bloody hell.

Now I'm one of the guys who have been positive all so far about 2015, but that video did nothing for me.

yeh less field sessions more video work apparently…I too thought they couldve chosen better footage...

Thanks Weststigers media dept for the ongoing photos and streaming of training ect…just GRATEFUL for the effort as it keeps interest in the team and seeing the guys hard at work a pleased supporter.

I posted last season I feel lLawerence is way to muscle bound …he should try to get the Jamie Lyon leanest and his mobility and speed could improve drastically ....worth a try for him as the retirement home is beckoning.

It's only November and the Club is trying to give Fans an insight into what's happening with our players training . I don't recall last year the Club showing a video of our Pre-Season training ?
