Its beyond a joke how the hell didnt Kelma get sin binned last week when they just binned a manly player during the next set.

I think the Tuilagi non-binning is the reason we're seeing so many. Refs boss says how did this not go to the bin. Refs now over reacting. Next the refs boss will say this and this isn't a sin bin then next we will see an over reaction and tackles that should be binned will be let got.
