Must admit I was surprised to hear nothing about it from the NRL

Everyones just counting the days until he goes, he can slip out of the country quietly and the rest of Rugby League can get on with the game
 
Anyone else tired of the Marshall threads or is it just me? No offence Alexaki, your just reporting a news piece, but this clown is getting too much attention

King Sirro…I don't disagree with you mate...just thought the fact the NRL did nothing is something that wasn't brought up until now, therefore I thought it was worthy of a post...This is t**he las**t "Benji post" I'll be putting up…Its a shame I feel this way, but I just can't wait for Benji to leave...and I dare say both Potter and Benji would feel the same way...thus the "we get along everything is fine quotes"....
 
I don't think the Aukland blues have got a "free hit", they've done us a great service by getting rid of a longterm financial obligation, and I think it's only fair that the Tigers help them out with a bit of cross promotion.
 
IMO the biggest stumbling block for us this year was Benji and his contract, we started to get some form on the board after all our injuries and changes at the top, as soon as the Benji saga started it was like a spanner in the work's, the problem with Benji is there is always the media and speculation surrounding him. I think once he is gone and a lot of the media and talk that seem's to surround him the club will be a lot better for it, i reckon the place will finally start to settle down and the players will hopefully be more settled. Soon he and his media enterage is the Blues problem. I look at it this way we kind of all knew this year would be a pretty bad one, but i don't think we could have thought it could have been this bad though, i don't mean ladder wise i mean in term's of the injurie's, ceo, board and some of the player's. The positive thing is if the Wests Tigers didn't implode this year they never will. It will only get better, we found one Marshall, we WILL find another.

I was planning to go to Benji's 200th, but then all this crap came up. I'm so over him that I probably won't bother going…
 
Same here too. I will watch the game, hope we win and that's all. Honestly though I'm not sure how Benji got off with the video. It was massive breach of contractual obligations. If I was a third party sponsor of his, someone who actually pays the guy money, i'd be livid!
