How good are Tigers chances?

I think we can win against Melb in Melbourne IF injury doesn't strike us and we r in form. In saying that tuqiri and Utai need to step it up, they didn't look to flash on Friday bight. Scared me a little there especially when tuqiri was indicating to other players to rake the ball and he wasn't calling for it or getting in open space as much as he usually would. I dunno if it was his lack of confidence or if he was in a bit of pain but we need to sort that out. Why hasn't sheens been playing fifita?

We are in better form than Manly and the Storm.
Our biggest threat is the Broncos, So I rate our chances very highly

Hahaha yeh I meant take. When moltzen had it he was looking at tuqiri about to pass it and lote was pointing away telling him to take it himself but tuqiri had no defenders on him. It was concerning

I don't understand the aura around the Storm. They are a very good side but are nowhere near unbeatable like some people are making out

@GNR4LIFE. Its not that they're unbeatable they just play with such confidence, they're such a professional & tight team, they read each other well & play some classy football. They turn up to every game and deliver with pure class.
In saying that so do the Tigers I just think they're a little cleaner & less risky with their plays.

The Tigers destiny is in their own hands, as cliched as that sounds. The first half against the Dragons was poor. The second half was very good but it was a game where the Tigers were not at their best but still came away convincing winners.

There is a lot to work on, and one of the Tigers vital attacking cogs, being their left side will be strengthened by the return of Lawrence against the Warriors. This should help Tuqiri's overall game as he just has not had the opportunities he would otherwise get with Lawrence inside him. It should also result in some pretty slick looking Tigers backline plays.

Confidence within the squad is high and we all know that the Tigers spine in Farah, Lui, Marshall and Moltzen are all playing with confidence and in good form. As long as the defensive line holds its shape, they'll knock over the Warriors and I reckon they'll knock over Melbourne in Melbourne. The Storm are grinding at the moment, they won't deviate from their game plan too much and that makes them predictable. Stick it to them in the middle of the field like Manly did a few weeks ago. The Tigers have been very good at drawing teams in up the middle and then hitting them on the edges with good effect. That's how you get the Storm.

Our chances are as good as anyone elses. Everyone on here is different, we all have our concerns about individual things. For instance some don't fear Manly….others do, some don't fear the Storm .......others do. Me, well i fear injuries. All the teams including the Broncos are beatable, but all are capable of winning aswell. The main concern i see is having players fit and ready to roll. If we get MORE injuries than it just makes the task that much harder.

I honestly look at our team and say we are as good as everyone else. The hard part is making sure it all comes together for such a long period. Luckily for us, i believe we had a lull after the games against top 8 sides even though we won the remaining games. So after a lot of dribble, i'm backing us in, we will make the G/F as long as we beat the Warriors 1st

I hate to think we are getting ahead of ourselves, but on the form shown we are a great chance to knock over the Warriors and Melbourne. Melbourne were bog ordinary in the second half today and with an ounce of luck the very limited talent Knights could have at least made it 18 all. The teams to beat for the premiership really seem to be on the other side of the draw.

We keep finding a way to win which is a good sign. If we get past the warriors I am very confident we can beat Melbourne, I just hope the warriors don't bash us up to bad. The only team that concerns me a little is manly, although I think Brisbane may just get them in the gf qualifier. So I rate our chances very high. Party at my joint when we win the GF!!!!!

It seems as though we've all written off the dragons. Does anyone think the dragons stand a chance against the broncos next week?
I'm hoping Bronx knock em off coz I cant stand the dragqueens but I'd rather VS dragons in GF but in saying that doubt the drags could beat manly and broncos aye.
I agree with everything that's been said it seems as though we are our own worst enemy. We need to keep our form and I'm scared that we'll get to cocky, hopefully sheens can keep their heads in the game.

I think heighingtons an amazing player who will play a huge part in taking us all the way. And if it were my choice I'd say Ellis should have been captain. Who do you all rate??

Melbourne have a similar spirit to the Tigerz and are a tight outfit who back each other…that's what makes them dangerous although not unbeatable, you play to your strengths and they have a formidable fullback, halfback and hooker combination, again similar to us...so i think we can match it with them every step of the way...

I think our greatest worry is Brisbane, I can see them defeating the saints and manly...Brisbane are riding on emotion and determination, they want to make this a great fairytale ending for lockyer...and we all know fairytales can come true, just think back to 2005...

Bottom line is Tigers can win...they just need to stand together as a team and stay focused on that GF trophy!!! Goooo the Tigerzzz
