x 2 ink .. it was blatantly obvious as it all unfolded, could not beleive it took 3 reviews before the nine commentary team said graham could in some trouble here. why didnt the video ref let the refs know what happened in such a blatant dog act so he should have been sent off. anyway as they say lie with dogs etc etc
Supposedly if the video referee had a clearer view he would of been sent off

Canterbury prop James Graham has been rubbed out for 12 matches after being found guilty of biting Storm fullback Billy Slater's ear in last Sunday night's grand final at ANZ Stadium.
Graham's dangerous contact (biting) charge was referred straight to the judiciary, which emphasised how seriously the match review committee viewed the offence.
Yet is was clear that Graham and indeed the Bulldogs saw it differently; the decision by the front-rower to plead not guilty to the offence stunned many - especially after chief executive Todd Greenberg had admitted the footage of the incident was "damning".

Graham was emotionless as he walked into Rugby League Central, despite the colourful presence of a fellow Englishman, Osma Bingilly, who turned up wearing a Hannibal Lecter mask to welcome the Bulldogs player.

He offered Graham a few choice words as Graham entered the building, flanked by chief executive Todd Greenberg and the general manager of football operations, Alan Thompson.
"You won't be biting any ears tonight," Bingilly told Graham.

Greenberg gave Graham a light pat on the back after he was given the serve by his countryman.
The allegation stemmed from a 25th minute try by Bulldogs winger Sam Perrett in Sunday's decider. Slater made contact with Perrett after he put the ball down, was shrugged by centre Krisnan Inu, and then dragged away by interchange forward David Stagg. After that, Graham and Slater came together, with the former appearing to bite the ear of Slater.
Slater was seen to feel his ear for blood, and immediately complained to the on-field officials. After a break in play as the video referee viewed footage, Slater made the allegation official and Graham, the England international, was reported.
The match review committee, though, have been frustrated by the failure of Slater to back up his on-field allegations off it. Slater has steadfastly refused to comment when asked about the allegation and did not wish to appear at the hearing. However he did supply a letter which detailed his recollections of the incident, which marred the grand final.
