Humble dud buy

yet again im waiting to see humble produce the form some think he can produce.
Our back up players wouldnt make many first grade clubs yet Iosefa comes from vb cup and has way outperformed humble . your doing a great job Ronald.
And dont start me on Cashmere.he should have been banished after the newcastle debacle
 
Humble was at least trying things in the first half. Better than some who just come on and are passengers.

I can't believe you are talking up Iosefa, who i am not sure which way he will turn out. Has only really put together about 15 mins of good football and over the last three weeks people have been calling for his head!!

People do the back flip on players after just one game!!
 
I thought Humble looked good when he was on in the first half, although his second half was pretty poor. Iosefa would have been MoM if we had won, but I'm not going to forget that butchered try against the Roosters.

To be fair though, his pass to Lawrence was fantastic

I thought this thread would include something about Adam Blair!, you have to remember we were beaten by a very good team and our brand of football is prone to players making the odd mistake or bad call.
 
Good first half.

Understandably not brilliant in the second half when he came on to play on the wing.

More concerning to me was how long Bell was benched and that when we needed go forward at the back end Sheens had Galloway, BMM & Cashmere all on the bench
 
gets chopped and changed into many positions on the field.

being a utility has its draw backs.

gets in and has a go all the time, can't ask for more than that.
 
I'm not a 'Humble is a Future Star' fan, but I think calling him a dud buy is a little harsh… He was only bought as a back-up/depth player with little to no expectations other than having a go & a chance to get a shot in the NRL. I dont think he is eating up the payroll at the Tigers.

Since I have little expectations of him, I feel he has done well...
 
I woudn't call him him a dud buy
He is just an average squad player no offence
If Farah plays Humble doesn't see 1st grade

Humble looked really good a couple of times. The problem is at other times he looked really bad and I'm pretty sure Sheensy hooked him.

Warren McDonnell - recruit manager and irrelevant I think to this thread.

Humbles been OK, hes versatile, all players mentioned at their best are good–-getting them all at their best isnt easy as we're seeing
 
Some of you have lost it… I'm not a massive Humble fan but by all means, he had a better game last night than Benji.

Dud buy? It's not like he's on big bickies. For the money he's on we've got pretty good service from him. Had a bad night last night but really he's not a hooker.

Doesn't matter if a blokes on a packet or pocket change. They should still deliver a first grade standard.
