HUMPHREYS ON Triple M Radio Tonight at 6PM

Arguably the way WT administration handled contracts and negotiations with players over the last 2 years was at best ordinary :frowning:
While I accept rationale behind decisions (Gibbs, Moltzen, Ryan and CW) , I cannot accept their amateurish and misleading conduct. It leaves very bad taste, and players can rightfully feel cheated and manipulated.
I understand that this was the point behind players (Ryan, CW and Marshall) public complaints, not 'we lost our best mates, weep, weep' argument some people push on this forum.
Comparison with Inglis, and Anasta leaving their clubs is not fair, as the circumstances were very different.
I don't know if Humphreys is directly responsible for this schmazel, but he as CEO has to accept responsibility.

LOL….look at the mess the club is currently in...talk about blind devotion.

The ''clubs'' at the crossroads. It didnt get their on its own. :unamused: And as you said, hes at the helm

TBF you are not exactly objective in this matter either.

You clearly do not like Humphreys, and you judge every action with this in mind.

I like him, as do Glenb. Our "blind devotion" is no more subjective than your clear "hatred" to respond with similar hyperbole going.

Errr I often acknowledge the good he has brought to the club, the sponsors, the jerseys, the member numbers…a post not long ago says just that.....so dont call me un-objective.

My point which you IGNORe is as Glennb says, the clubs at the crossroads, someone got it there....it wasnt the ball boys

if you dislike someone as much as you do Steve Humphreys it has to effect your judgements of him.

you have a crack at Glenn b "blind devotion" yet think begrudgingly giving a bit of credit to someone means that your clear dislike for the bloke as evidenced in your mocking avatars doesn't influence your own opinions.

despite what you think you are clearly biased against him and take that into every judgements you make of him.

I like him and carry that bias into my judgements

Dont tell me my opinions, gotta love people who know how others think judge and act

Believe me I dislike others I know personally much more….I wouldnt say I dislike him, Ive never met him....my ''opinion'' of him would be a better way of putting it, imo his negs outweigh his pos's.
Its all based on his time here....I had NO opinion of him prior

Blind devotion, would be ignoring all this current garbage thats going on and only being critical of Humptys 3 yr extension of Sheens a few years back....thats being a bit too simplistic about it all imo and was my point

As I said, and others have backed me....I give him credit where its due....so once again, dont try and paint me in a light thats not true

Nobody needs to repeat what your opinions are ink, they are meticulously documented in most threads in this forum.

Why do you bother jirskyr? It's like talking to a brick wall. Actually, a wall with graffiti has more interesting things to say than this Wally.

His dealing with Gibbs and Moltzen was pathetic. Heighington not so much because he was told he could play out his last season here, but if this was all known before round 26 he deserved at the very least to have it put to bed before then so he could be farewelled properly.
