Ok, just after last week and some posters stating we are at the start of a rebuild so should expect these results, I thought I better check.

Well we definitely are not at the end ..... we have so many gaps to fill its not funny.

After 9 years it would be nice to be further along lol

Apparently we can’t be hopeful for next year either. 2022 is when we should be competitive again which is weird given we were 9th the last two years ?‍♂️

Apparently we have improved this year though, so all good.

Oh ok cool. Good times ahead then.

I was actually told last week that we have improved but that doesn't always show in results because other teams may have improved more.

Not at all embarrassing to support the tigers. Results are nothing, don't see what that has to do with supporting a club. The game is a game which has absolutely no consequence, utterly meaningless. If anything, being a tigers fan is great value because it makes supposed easy games tense and victories are never taken for granted. But I get your grief.

I'm always surprised when people are prepared to admit they support the roosters.

This is the way I see it. I support a club that is pretty poor but it's better than supporting the rorters.

I've been too numb to post anything tonight, but I was a Maggies man... '99 was PAIN!
In times like these I cast my mind to the Boncos season to take the edge off things. Especially the fact that, really, it's only been half a sh*t season...those mofo's know nothing bout PAIN...But the way they carry on, like the walls of the empire are splintering, the earth trembles, lightning bolts rain from the skies, a bleak, desolate, dog-eat-dog landscape devoid of the suns golden rays of hope...I grin the evil Twal grin...

This is the earliest in the season I have ever considered switching off from rugby league.

It could always be worse. Remember there are 7 other clubs who haven’t won a premiership since our triumph in 2005. Yes they’ve played finals more than us but imagine not tasting sweet victory on GF day for over 30 yrs like the sad Slimey fans.

Lots of nice comments in this thread. I imagine I'm like many WT supporters - if we wanted to hop off the train we'd have done it long ago. I think it's okay for me since I have been around for long enough to have seen when we were actually good (2009-2011). I fear for the next generation though who have probably never seen a good Wests Tigers team.
