From memory this team only has about six players from the 17 selected who played in 05 so the 2005 team is long gone. This is a good little team we have here and I think that some of us are selling them short of their ability and capabilities. Relax and enjoy the excitement of being able to compete against any other team in the competition. Having ten heart attacks during the game is good for you. :smiley:

watched the game again as soon as we got back from the game cause most of the last 5 minutes i had my hand over my eyes , just couldnt watch , the most excited i have been 2 win a game since our march through the finals of 05 n the atmosphere was electric , pure magic !!!!!!!!!!

We beat a Manly side minus its Rolls Royce and got two trys that more often than not you would not have got. No Iam not trying to put our mob down they were the better side and showed plenty of character, but they are miles away from the big games at the end of the season. The old story one week at a time

I think Manly not being penalised for the last 73 minutes, despite laying all over us in the ruck, tells lots about our teams guts and commitment.
