Can you not see the job he's doing? he's building them, it takes time. If you think he and Gus had premiership aspirations this yr then think again. Give him a couple of yrs and the Panthers will be a powerhouse

Ofcourse I can see that, but that's not required here, we have a premiership winning roster now, how come u r prepared to give cleary as a coach time to develop but not players, ie Blair ….
Bottom line is getting rid of sheens and replacing him with cleary is not the answer
