Not the most influential player in Wests Tigers history but i think Beau Ryan was one who could get the team to gel.

No super star but a real team player with his encouragements and gee ups

Marshall is the one. Many say we haven't been successful but a premiership that premiership the way it was won made us an iconic club.
Some say Canterbury is successful but they will be lucky to won one in next 20\. Don't want a team in semis with no real hope or interest .
Sheens isn't a player but he was really influential in this clubs identity.
