If you were in charge at Tigers what would you change and do? I would start off with:

*Release Tim Sheens and get a good coach preferably Craig Bellamy.
*Sign a couple of props, don't need to be popular props just sign some with good size and are not afraid to run straight at the defence.
*Sign two good centres with good speed preferably Jarrod Crocker and bring up David Nofoalama from NYC and move Chris Lawrence back to the wing.
*Release Benji Marshall, bring up the two young halves we have in NYC that five eighth is unstoppable the way he breaks the line is great to have in a team and Jacob Miller also has a good kicking game.
*Release Adam Bair, the only reason he played well against the Storm is because it was his old team.

1\. get back Steve Folkes.whilst training in the gym, nothing to distract them. they all can listen to the same radio, that's it.whilst on paddock train with same intensity that they would use on game day.

2 Inform coaching staff, they are all on notice. no top 4 finish, no job at wests-tigers.

3 as previously mentioned, get 2 or 3 players who are hard/mean/nast and will not hesitate to play that way

To flick Sheens now seems unaffordable,so I would give him one more year and pay him out for the last year of his contract,I would not care if we won the comp 2014 sheens is gone. With that in mind my goals would be

1–-resign Farah
2---find a suitable coach for 2014 and beyond
3---weed through our playing roster, player who cant cut it and players who are reluctant to step out of the Sheens Age are gone
4--Change the culture of the club and put everyone on notice, accountability is the new buz word
5--encourage ,foster,develop and promote young talent from within the system where possible
6-- change our image from soft to hard
7--Limit the media work where possible of some our senior players
8--revamp the membership program by making it more affordable and more woth while
9--total over haul of all support staff
10--get some optimism back in the joint
