Is Benji in danger of losing his 5/8 position to Foran?

I dont think it is beyond the realm of reality, first step was Benji losing his captaincy next step losing his starting position.
He becomes a bench player when the kiwis need the hail mary plays… :smiling_imp:

Any reasonable person would be picking Foran first and foremost. He is the stable link they need to build a side around, I rate him very highly, pick and persevere.

The next choice is between Johnson/Marshall.

Anyone who thinks Johnson is an upgrade or more consistent than Benji is delusion…or a Warriors fans, which is the same thing.

If you get a chance LAT have a look at the Warriors game today..you might change your mind.

Consistent…

I've watched plenty of Warriors games, and todays. Benji has his days in the sun too remember.

I'd go Benji, if he's on they can beat Australia, if he isn't there I don't know who is good enough to. Foran isn't at that level yet.

If they have any brains they would change their halves. They never look like beating us our halves never have to hit top gear.
The only time I thought Benji looked dangerous against us was when Australia had a center / wing pairing of Lawrence and Tuqiri and he exposed their pathetic defense for 3 tries.

I would pick Foran as he is consistent, he controls the plays and can measure up the opposition well. Benji is erratic, 1 day he'll be on fire, and produce magic plays out of nothing plays, but then on the other end of the scale he is lazy in defence, makes errors galore.

Foran also has the better kicking game.
