I'm so impressed by JT

Right from the start it seems the The Board, Mayer and the players are all behind Taylor. I know it is early days and you would expect this to be the case, but Potter seemed on shaky grounds from the day he was appointed, the club seemed very divided over his appointment, so basically it was doomed from day one.

The test will come when the team hits a loosing streak or has a couple of blowouts racked up against them. As we know people connected to our club are not known for their patience

To me JT has hit the ground running and what gets me is how positive he is,he has identified the areas what most have stated were a problem…

He is working on filling in the voids of centre and backrowers...

S&C staff,an area that needed addressing ASAP.

Building a positive and confident player group...

I don't expect miracles but an improvement on the last couple of seasons will do me as we build further...

I'm happy with the club so far, however time and results will show how we will look beyond 2015...

Definitely a positive start, although given the same power I think Potter would've done the same.

Still I'm excited about the direction our club is taking & looking forward to how this translates on the field!

I agree. Potter would have done the same but was not allowed to do so. Remember Potter took them up to Wyong and put them through a tough training program when he got there, and the players, including Farah and Anasta (and many here) all agreed that we were heading in the right direction.
What we didn't factor in was those who were white-anting him as he went.
I also hope Taylor does well, and the pairing of Moss and Taylor looks like it might have some teeth. Good luck to them both, but put in context, Taylor is not breaking any new ground here. He just has the authority to do so, which Potter was not given.

@Outback Jack, agree,Potter was very limited in what he could do,
now it seems with the new board they did learn a valuable lesson in regards to restricting the coach..

We didn't see the best of Potters coaching, but I have confidence in the club letting JT do his JOB..

No good giving a builder plenty of timber and no tools…...
