I agree.
I think there is a good chance we have much better on field success in 2025 than what many of our supporters believe we will have and the confidence that comes from someone like Shane Richardson will certainly play a part in that.
All contracts done while Richardson has been in charge appear to be at least in the vicinity of market value, I think it’s only the contract deals of Klemmer and Olam in 2026 that are much too high and could be still lingering.

And what success is that? Cos the consensus is that we will be greatly improved. To say what you are saying implies you think we are a top 4 side. Which we aren’t.

I would determine success in 2025 as making the top 8 and even if we finish top 10 but are at least in or challenging for the top 8 until the last round or two, I would still consider that successful season coming off 3 wooden spoons.
Based on many of our forum friends comments, it doesn’t appear many are convinced the above scenario will happen.
Of course nothing is guaranteed, but on paper we certainly appear to now have a playing roster that is at least capable of producing the above listed results,

We can live in hope we can make the 8 it would be silly if anyone strongly predicts we will make it, what do they have crystal balls.

The thing I love about Richo is that he doesn't defer responsibility for the football department like Pascoe did. He's right in there helping make it a success.
