The thing is our backups end up being selected as first choice, even without injuries, which sort of defeats the purpose of backup players!
In a way most our backline are backup players, with the exception of Teddy, Koro and Benji. All other players (including those injured when their fit) would struggle to make any other starting team in the comp! To win you have to have players other clubs want (and hence fear playing against). Most teams salivate at the prospect of playing us… :frowning:
